Purpose

To note update on previous procurement process - ie. that called off framework that was not compliant. As well as to note competitive procurement that has taken place

To seek approval to award a contract to a named supplier. As well as seek approval for delegated authority to be given to the Strategic Director of Culture, Environment and Economy to finalise the terms of the contract, allowing for flexibility to award to an alternative supplier, if the named supplier was unable to enter contract for any reason, plus to make any future decisions necessary to progress the implementation of the electric vehicle charging points, including changes to proposed locations where required for any reason.
