Harrow Cabinet approved recommendations for the Homes for Ukraine Scheme on 09/07/2026. The Cabinet approved an increase in the total programme expenditure to £4.7 million and a waiver of Contract Procedure Rules for direct contract awards. Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director of Corporate Resources and Innovation to approve additional government funding, finalise and award contracts, and procure future contracts for the scheme.
