Decision

1. For Cabinet to
delegate authority to the chief legal officer, or her nominee, in
consultation with the lead councillor for Planning for the
Implementation of two Immediate Article 4 Directions in respect of
the land and those classes of development described in this report
be approved.

2. The power to confirm the Article 4 Directions is delegated to
Officers such power to be exercised within six months of the date
of this report.
