Decision

1. Progress with the
delivery and completion of UKSPF 2022-2025 programme

2. That Cabinet delegates authority to the Director of Place or her
nominee, in consultation with the Deputy Leader of the council
to:

a) Sign the Memorandum of Understanding with MHCLG

b) Enter into any relevant service level agreement with delivery
partners which includes co-commissioning and distribution of
grants

c) Allocate the UK Shared prosperity Fund (UKSPF) to eligible costs
in line with the funding scheme aims.
