Decision

1. The cabinet agree to renew the Anti-social
Behaviour Public Space Protection Order (ASB PSPO) for a further
three years.

2. The cabinet agree to vary the Anti-social Behaviour Public Space
Protection Order (ASB PSPO) to include additional restricted areas
for the prohibition of drinking alcohol in public places.

3. The cabinet authorises the Head of Community and Regulatory
Services in conjunction with the Chief Legal Officer, to vary this
Order and renew for 3 years, in accordance with regulations
published by the Secretary of State.
