Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with procurement
of a contract to manage the council's indoor leisure
facilities

Decision

1. To authorise the procurement of a contract
to manage the Council’s leisure facilities at Summerfields
Leisure Centre and Falaise Gym.

2. To delegate authority to the Director of Place or her nominee
and the Chief Finance Officer, in consultation with the Lead member
for Leisure, to finalise specifications, undertake the procurement
process and conclude all negotiations and legal agreements with the
most advantageous model.
