Decision

1. Agree to renew the Dog Control Public Space Protection Order for a further three years from 7 November 2026.
2. Agree to an additional condition making it an offence not to have a suitable means to remove dog faeces.
3. Agree to vary the current restrictions at Hastings Castle to allow dogs on leads within the grounds.
4. Authorise the Head of Community and Regulatory Services, in conjunction with the Chief Legal Officer, in consultation with the Lead Councillor for Community Safety and Environmental Services, to vary this Order and renew it for three years.
