Decision

1. Cabinet agree to review the dog control
PSPO specifically for dog exclusion areas on the foreshore and
beach.
2. Cabinet authorises the Head of Community
& Regulatory Services to carry out a public consultation
process on proposals for amending the dog exclusion areas on
the
foreshore and beach under the current dog
control PSPO.
