Purpose

For Cabinet to recieve the minutes from the previous museum committee and review any recommendations.

Decision

1. That Cabinet note and approve the recommendations of the Museum Committee meeting held on 11 March 2024.
2. The Museum Committee recommends returning to 4 formal meetings. Currently the committee meets for 2 formal and 2 informal.
3. The Museum Committee recommends creating a sub committee called the Community Interest Panel to increase community input into the Museum
