Report to agree the renewal of the Cashless Parking Provider (by Phone) through RingGO

Decision

To award RingGo Limited the contract to provide the pay by phone services for the council’s off street car parks from 1 September 2024 on a term of 36 months with an option to extend for one further period of 12 months.

Cabinet to agree for the council to join the National Parking Platform at a suitable time for the service.
