Decision

We have carefully considered the application
for Review from SECAMBS, the representations made by other Relevant
Authorities and the Respondent’s evidence given at the
meeting. We have also considered supplementary evidence from HBC
Environmental Health Sharon White and Sussex Police, East Sussex
Licensing Team, Daren Spalding. We have not taken into
consideration late representations from East Sussex Fire &
Rescue Service and members of the public. Our decision takes into
consideration the Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy,
the Public Sector Equality Duty, the Home Office Guidance issued
under section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003 (s182 Guidance), the
duties under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, and the rights set
out in the Human Rights Act 1998.

Our decision is to:-

-
Remove the Designated Premises Supervisor Max Wolf
-
Modify the conditions of the licence as per the Schedule
attached
