Decision

1) Approve the
Medium Term Financial Strategy.

2) The Council reviews its Council wide financial restrictions,
(brought in from October 2023).

3) The Council continues to monitor its savings targets in the
current and future financial years for its effectiveness, financial
results, and organisational impact.

4) The Council agrees to create a new Capital Assurance Board (CAB)
to contribute to the development and oversight of the
Council’s capital programme.
