Decision

To meet the revised mandatory Government
housing targets Ross has been identified as a location that could
provide additional housing numbers. This masterplan work will
identify the long term growth potential of Ross on Wye and ensure
that any infrastructure and other services requirements to deliver
this growth and growth beyond the current plan period are
captured.

The is work will be funded from the revenue monies the council has
allocated to support increased Housing Delivery.
