Decision

Consideration has been given to the receipt of seven objections arising from the formal Notice of Proposal for the above titled order. Notwithstanding the receipt of these objections, for the reasons as set out below, it is recommended that a new Traffic Regulation Order be implemented under Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Part I and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as proposed in the Notice of Proposal. The effect of the Order will be to introduce additional No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Line) restrictions on Various Roads in the Eign Hill Ward, Hereford.
