Decision

Considering no objections have been made as
part of the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal
stages, a new Speed Limit Order be introduced under Section 84 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to
implement a 30mph speed limit on the A4110 and the U93401 at its
junction with the A4110 at Canon Pyon.
