Decision

To award a contract to Joedan Manufacturing
(UK) Ltd. This decision is to award the contract to Joedan
Manufacturing (UK) Ltd to carry out windows and doors replacement
at The Mallards care facility, Hereford, following the completion
of a successful tender, evaluation and moderation process.

Works are to be completed no later than 30 April 2025

To approve the works expenditure of up to £68,433.65.

The responsibility for monitoring the project to be carried out by
the Senior Project Manager within the spend budget.
