Decision

To award a contract (Works Order 4) to Tarmac
Trading Ltd using the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, up
to the value of £2,378,940.82 with an approved contingency of
10% to the value of £237,894.08.

The works identified are the resurfacing programme on various A and
B roads across the county, as shown within Appendix 1.

Due to necessity of works and working in conjunction/collaboration
with existing National Highways Closures, £104,239.59 of the
above works will be delivered in March 2025 under the 24/25
financial year.
