Decision

To award a contract (Works Order 11) to
Eurovia Infrastructure Limited using the Council’s Highways
and Public Realm Schemes Framework, to the initial contract value
of £1,601,000.23 for surface dressing works on roads across
the county, as set out in Appendix 1. To authorise a contingency of
£160,100.02.
