Purpose

Draw down of funds to perform ICT Systems
upgrades and replace servers.

Decision

That:
 
a)
the funds identified in the 2025/26 capital budget (£500,000)
be drawn down for ICT systems upgrades and server
replacements;
 
b) Authority be delegated to
the Director of Strategy and
Performance to take all operational
decisions to implement the above recommendation.
