Decision

To award a contract for highway works
associated with Highway Infrastructure Investment – Works
Order 17 Tarmac Trading Ltd using the Council’s NEC 4
Framework Agreement, up to the value of £213,570.36 with an
approved contingency of 10% to the value of £21,357.03.

The works identified will deliver a programme of resurfacing on
various C and Unclassified roads across the county, as shown within
Appendix 1
