Agreement for The Oval, Phase 2 for Connexus Homes Limited and
Keepmoat Homes to be signed and sealed by an authorised officer on
behalf of Herefordshire Council.

To secure adopted publicly maintained highway works constructed to
the proper standards for the benefit of the community.
