Agreement for Phase 1, Leadon Way, Ledbury for BDW Trading Ltd to
be signed and sealed by an authorised officer on behalf of
Herefordshire Council.

To secure adopted publicly maintained highway works constructed to
the proper standards for the benefit of the community.
