For the Section 38/278 Agreement for The Oval,
Phase 4 for Connexus Homes Ltd and Keepmoat Homes Ltd to be signed
and sealed by an authorised officer on behalf of Herefordshire
Council.

To secure adopted publicly maintained highway works constructed to
the proper standards for the benefit of the community.
