Decision

To award a contract for highway works
associated with Highway Infrastructure Investment –Tarmac
Trading Ltd using the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, up
to the value of £144,258.60.

The works on the U71224 & C1250 Whitchurch Road, Llangrove are
in addition to those required as part of the original scheme
extents identified in Works Order 17.
