Decision

1. The identified route is the preferred route
by the statutory undertaker Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and presents the
only route for Mr Craddock to service his property.
2. The road presents the only means of access for Mr Craddock to
get a waste pipe to his property.
3. A Deed of Easement will be entered into to protect the
Council’s position and ensure the road is repaired in a like
for like fashion when the pipe has been laid.
4. Associated costs have been paid by Mr Craddock.
