Purpose

To assist with the delivery of highways,
transport and infrastructure work the Council requires the services
of an external consultant possessing specialist technical skill to
provide specialist design, project management and transport
planning services to supplement and support Herefordshire’s
in-house teams

Decision

a)   
Cabinet agrees to the procurement of a
professional services partner to support the new public realm
services model and the wider highways, transport, infrastructure,
ecology, environment and economic development teams.
b)   
Cabinet delegates authority to the
Corporate Director Economy and Environment to undertake the
procurement and award of contract of a professional services
partner.
