Decision

- The former lease between Herefordshire
Council and South Wye Community Association expired. Both parties
wished to enter into a new lease for continued use of the space by
Herefordshire Council for the provision of a library from this
location.
- Belmont Library has been at this location for some time and is
currently still operating at this location.
- A Licence to Occupy was put in place at the end of the previous
lease whilst negotiations were ongoing for a new lease.
