Decision

Owing to severe water ingress problems in the
school buildings a replacement school was built during 2017, and
the school relocated in January 2018.

No use has been made of the old school buildings since this
date and they are no longer required by Herefordshire Council as an
educational establishment.

Part of the site and buildings is already owned of the Diocese of
Hereford and the consideration is to compensate for the public
value in the land that is being transferred.
