To amend the works programme and agree
Compensation Events, via the Works Order 2 to Tarmac Trading, using
the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, to authorise an
uplift of £61,220.24 to cover outstanding compensation events
in relation to additional works agreed on the B4348 to the Tram Inn
scheme.
