Decision to approve an Early Works Instruction
under the Pre-Services
Construction Agreement in respect of the Peterchurch Primary
School
project for enabling works to be instructed.

The Early Works Instruction 2 will instruct early procurement and
site
mobilisation works at a cost of £168,083.27 due to a long
lead in time and
to ensure there is not a delay to programme, this is within the
budgets set
aside for these elements of the project.
