Decision

To award a contract (Works Order 25) to Tarmac
Trading Ltd using the Council’s NEC 4 Framework Agreement, up
to the value of £3,258,460.72 with an approved contingency of
10% to the value of £325,846.07.
The works identified are the resurfacing programme on various A and
B roads across the county, as shown within Appendix 1.
