For the Section 278 Agreement for Access,
footway and cycleway improvements on Belmont Road for new store for
Lidl to be signed and sealed by an authorised officer on behalf of
Herefordshire Council.

To secure adopted publicly maintained highway works constructed to
the proper standards for the benefit of the community.
