• Award a contract for the construction
of Holme Lacy Road and Quiet Route East Active Travel Measures to
Cambrensis Civil Engineering Ltd. following successful evaluation
from an open tender process for an estimated value of
£3,580,684.
• Approve any future spend of contingency on compensation
events in accordance with the contract to a total maximum of
£537,103.
• To delegate to the Delivery Director- Infrastructure,
Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager to accept individual
compensation events up to a total maximum value of
£537,103.
