Decision

1. The tenant’s has negotiated a deal to
take the current vacant land to use for parking to the rear of
their property at 26 Commercial Street. The land is owned by
Herefordshire Council.
2. The Terms agreed leave the Tenant responsible for payment of
rent, and any other rates applicable.
