The site has been marketed for letting
following the decision of the previous operators to vacate last
year. External agents were appointed to this task, and the
negotiated terms of the lease provide the Council with a revenue
income stream, whilst passing over business rates, utility bills
and site management to the new operators. The reopening of this
site promotes tourism in Herefordshire, which is of benefit to the
local economy and businesses in the region
