2025/26 and to report the performance position across all
Directorates for this period.

Decision

That Cabinet:
 
a) review performance for Q1 2025/26

Alternative options considered

Cabinet may choose to review delivery and
operational performance more or less frequently; or request
alternative actions to address any identified areas of
underperformance, including referral to the relevant scrutiny
committee.
