Decision
To authorise the making of a Temporary Road
Closure Order served under Section 21 of The Town Police Clauses
Act (1847) to require the temporary closure of the following road
in Ross on Wye:
B4234 Broad Street; between the junction of High Street and the
junction with New Street.
The order shall come into effect between 11:30 hrs and 12:30 hrs
approximately on Friday 26th December 2025 and is planned to be in
effect for these times only.
To manage the network, ensuring safety for all and to enable the
Ross Harriers Hunt Boxing Day Meet to take place, for which purpose
the Council, as highway authority, consider the closure of the road
is required.
