To authorise the making of a Temporary Road
Closure Order served under Section 21 of The Town Police Clauses
Act (1847) to require the temporary closure of the following road
in Kington:
U91213 Mill Street; between High Street and Crabtree Road
The order shall come into effect on Friday 26th December 2025
between 10:30 hrs and 11:45 hrs approximately and is planned to be
in effect for these times only.
To manage the network, ensuring safety for all and to enable the
Radnor and West Hereford Hunt Boxing Day Meet to take place, for
which purpose the Council, as highway authority, consider the
closure of the road is required.
