Shareholder Committee for changes to the council appointed
directors of Cyber Quarter Limited and Hoople Ltd.

Alternative options considered

There is no other alternative to the
recommendation. The Council is the sole owner of Cyber Quarter and
majority shareholder in Hoople. The Council needs to provide
strategic direction and influence including through its appointed
directors.
