Decision

To award a contract to Owen Pell Ltd – to the value of £43,428.36 for the supply and installation of Signage, posts and Lights (wig wags) as per drawings – to include all groundworks and reinstatement inclusive of connections to specified electrical feeds as per standard detail supplied.
The lighting and signage element of this scheme is awarded to Owen Pell Ltd through the Herefordshire Council Minor Works Framework which is fully compliant procurement route.
To further delegate all operational and budgetary decisions up to the maximum value of £50,000 for this scheme to the Interim Delivery Director Infrastructure, Capital Programme Manager and Capital Project Manager.
