Decision

To implement the 6-month extension period to the RM6168: Estate Management Services contract awarded to Bruton Knowles, increasing the contract value to £74,999.
The Council has appointed a new contractor for the Public Realm contract, under which the Annual Plan works are delivered by Bruton Knowles. The proposed extension period will enable Bruton Knowles to continue operating under the existing CCS framework while the new contractor is mobilised, and will provide the Council with sufficient time to commence the procurement process.
