To award a contract to WDM Ltd to the value of £15,544.56.

In order to work to the Council’s Skid Resistance Policy.

The undertaking of SCRIM surveys in Herefordshire will be in both directions on 100% of the of the A road network and in both directions on a small percentage of the B road network.

This data will be fed into the resurfacing/surfacing dressing programmes where applicable to mitigate the risk of wet skidding accidents on Herefordshire’s surveyed network.
