Decision

Considering no objections have been raised during the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal Stages, a new Traffic Regulation Order be implemented under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of Part I and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as proposed in the Notice of Proposal. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a No Goods Vehicles Exceeding 7.5 Tonnes (Except for Access) restriction on Various Roads, Herefordshire.
