• The tenant has occupied space on this site for a number of years offering a valuable service in an area of high need.
• The temporary building they previously leased from the council was beyond economic repair and as a result a capital bid was made to procure and install a modern replacement.
• Terms have been agreed for a new commercial lease for a term of years.
