Decision

To award a contract (Works Order 44) to Tarmac Trading Ltd using the
Council’s Highways and Public Realm Schemes Framework, to the initial
value of £436,921.86 for surface dressing preparation works and 10%
contingency on various classifications of roads across the county, as set out in Appendix 1.
