Purpose

Vital Energi approached the Council to use 1/3
of the carpark as a site compound for their activities installing
energy conservation upgrades to the ambulance hub adjacent.
Use of the Council’s carpark is the optimal location for
Vital Energi to service the ambulance hub.
The compound will be secure and separate from the carpark.
Vital Energi to make-good any damage caused to the carpark.
The cycle and ride scheme is to be unaffected.
