Purpose

Bishop’s Meadow Tennis Courts are in
need of regular maintenance and use.
A proposal was presented to the Council that would ensure the
continued regular use of the area alongside its uplift and
maintenance.
The site was advertised on the open market and no other expressions
of interest were received.
Short term license agreement in place to enable a business plan and
heads of terms for a lease to be agreed.
