To secure adopted publicly maintained highway
works constructed to the proper standards for the benefit of the
community.

For the Section 38 Agreement for Greens Farm, Lyonshall Phase 1 for
K J Hern, A J Hern & Mrs P A Hern to be signed and sealed by an
authorised officer on behalf of Herefordshire Council.
