Purpose

OCU Group are carrying out urgent repair works
to the sewage system in Brookend Street Ross on Wye on behalf of
Welsh Water
During the two week period of the work they require a
parking/storage area for the machinery/materials required for the
works
The council own Red Meadow Car Park and the parking manager has
agreed to their use of a small area within car park for this
purpose
The licence will require the council to be compensated for loss of
parking income and full reinstatement of any damage caused as a
result of use of the car park
