To secure adopted publicly maintained highway
works constructed to the proper standards for the benefit of the
community.

For the Section 38 Agreement for Cycleway Links at and from the
Viaduct development site, Ledbury for Bloor Homes Western to be
signed and sealed by an authorised officer on behalf of
Herefordshire Council.
